    David,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request.  This is something that we have on the roadmap but we can apply this for you manually if we know which VMR you would like to have configured for automatic recording.  Would you mind opening a helpdesk ticket for this?  Just let them know the VMR you would like to configure for automatic recording and we can get that applied for you.

    On a related note, stay tuned for a start/stop recording button in the portal.  You will see that come live this month, probably in the next week or two.

    David, many thanks for your ongoing feedback concerning the RP1Cloud service.  Pursuant to Mike's comments, there is no need for you to submit a ticket based on your request.  This is something we can do on your behalf by converting your comments into a ticket.  Once the ticket is created, you will alerted and you can provide VMR information via email which conveniently updates the ticket.

    David, as you can see, your comments have been converted into Ticket 14155.  Simply communicate via email per usual to update the ticket and we will be happy to assist.
