RP1Cloud provides two join-flow experiences for chairpersons and participants joining from their PC or Mac. The goal is to provide the simplest and quickest way to join the meeting, optimized for the browser that you use.
The first option requires you to download a Plug-In to access the meeting directly through the browser. This option is available for the following compatible browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Internet Explorer
The second option requires a one-time download of a new Soft Client that will automatically launch when you join a meeting. It is not browser-specific, but has different feature availability than the Plug-In option. The following table outlines the differences between the two:
