- This may be a simple wiring issue. Check the device cables to ensure they are connected to your endpoint, and that there are no kinks in the wires or broken connections.
- Ensure there is no visible damage to your camera. You’ll also want to ensure you're properly connected to a network.
- If you're using a Polycom unit, check your network statistics. Confirm that your network speed and bandwidth meet the minimum requirements. Review our Network Readiness Guide, attached below.
