- To test for the issue, try the camera in different applications to see if resolution is consistent across them. See the Audio and Video Preferences section in the Help Centre for more details.
- Try reconfiguring the resolution of your monitor to the recommended resolution for your display.
- You can also try configuring your webcam settings to reflect correct sharpness, contrast, hue and brightness.
- If that fails, try rebooting your computer.
