STOP! Before reading any further, it's important to point out the RP1Cloud experience no longer requires plug-ins in order to use it in a browser. A select few customers still connect via a browser after having installed plug-ins if they are seeking a specific RP1Cloud experience. But for the vast majority of our customers, plug-ins are a thing of the past. Today's RP1Cloud does not ask you to download anything. Simply click and join! If this is not your current RP1Cloud experience, please contact us and we'll be happy to make a setting change for you which takes less than 1 minute of your time.

For detailed instructions on how to install the plug-in in your specific browser, visit the Getting Started category in the Help Centre. Troubleshooting tips below:
- Try restarting your browser and try loading it again.
- Run an anti-virus scan to ensure to virus is impeding the launch of your browser. If it is, try either eliminating the virus or launching an uninfected browser.
- If that isn't an issue, try re-installing your browser or returning it to original settings and try launching it again.
- If that fails, try rebooting your computer.
