The RP1Cloud Outlook add-in makes it simple to invite participants to your VMR in the body of your email. It will also add the meeting to your Outlook Calendar and your RP1Cloud meeting schedule.
Note: The Outlook add-in user interface is roughly the same if you are using Office 2013 or Office 2010 but looks different with Office 2007. The figures in the following instructions are from Office 2010.
To schedule a video meeting using the RP1Cloud Outlook add-in:
- Create a new email, appointment or meeting request.
- Click the RP1Cloud Select Room button.
The body of the message will be populated with info on how to join your meeting. Fill in the other information (attendees, date, time, etc.) as you would normally.
Note: If you have not yet signed into your VMR, you will be prompted to enter your RP1Cloud credentials. Enter the email and password that you use to sign into your RP1Cloud account.
3. Click Send.
If you are scheduling a meeting, it will appear in your Outlook calendar and your RP1Cloud meeting schedule.
