- The first thing to try when you're unable to get your video working is to unplug the USB-connected camera, and try it in a different USB port.
- If that doesn't work, try using your webcam in a different application than RP1Cloud to see if it's a hardware issue. If it isn't working in either application, try uninstalling and reinstalling the software required to use the camera.
- Finally, try rebooting your computer.
