You can send chat messages to other attendees during a meeting and all meeting attendees can view and participate in the chat while the meeting is in progress. Chatting is supported when connected to RP1Cloud via browser.
To send a chat message to the other attendees:
- Move your mouse to activate the menus in your RP1Cloud browser experience and select the chat bubble icon
- Click Open Chat
- Type your message and click the paper plan icon to send your message to the group
