Send an email with a link to a meeting recording using your RP1.VC portal.
1. Log into your RP1Cloud account.
2. Click the Recordings button in the top right of the dashboard.
3. Click the Share button beneath Actions, in the row of the recording that you want to send.
4. Add a message to recipients (optional) and add recipient email addresses. Click the Add button after each individual email address you enter.
5. When you’re ready to share the recording, click the Send button. You will see a confirmation that the link has been sent. You will also receive an email notification.
Recipients will get an email with your message and a button to VIEW NOW.
Upon clicking, they will be taken to a page with the option to download the recording for viewing/saving.
