This is a great question and the answer depends on the RP1Cloud plan your are using.
Virtual Meeting Rooms
With our VMR plan (Virtual Meeting Room), you can have up to 50 concurrent connections (i.e. participants) on one video call.
Ports
With our Ports plans, the number of concurrent participants depends on the number of ports you have purchased. If you have purchased 5 ports, this means you can have a maximum of 5 concurrent connections (i.e. participants) on one video call. You can however have more than 5 connections but port overage fees will apply. Please contact your RP1Cloud account manager for more information. You can also review your RP1Cloud agreement as it will indicate the specific terms and rates regarding port overage.
One last thing....
Keep in mind the total number of participants on a video call is not necessarily the same as the connections on that call. For instance, you may have 1 boardroom connected via a standards-based endpoint, 2 people connected via browser, 1 person connect via mobile and 1 person connected via the Real Presence desktop application. This would mean there are 5 connections on this call. But there may be 6 people in the boardroom. Therefore there are actually 10 people on this call but there are 5 connections.
