If you are having call quality issues, it may be because your bandwidth settings could be optimized. For example, you may be connected via video on Wi-Fi and if the Call Quality setting is set to High (which consumed roughly 1.5Mbps in bandwidth), the call quality may be degraded and you may experience packet loss. You can use the Call Quality slider and reduce it to Medium or Low. This will very likely improve call conditions.
